The Challenges

Angus & Oink had built a brilliant reputation in retail, building a brand that grew to being the leader in the BBQ seasoning category.  However their Amazon presence wasn't keeping pace. Stuck on an outsourced distributor model, their listings were not representative of the brand with underperforming content, design and irregular stock availability. It didn't deliver the same experience customers got from the brand on retail shelves.

The numbers looked ok on the surface, so there wasn't an obvious urgency to change the model. However we showed them how they could accelerate and dominate the category to deliver substantially higher returns.

The Solutions

We took back control of the brand on Amazon immediately. That meant rebuilding every SKU with consistent, properly designed assets that actually reflected the Angus & Oink brand. Once the foundation was solid, we focused on establishing category dominance – pushing awareness and growing revenue month on month.

On TikTok, we launched them from scratch. We set up the shop, built out the affiliate programme, and got creators seeding the products. Summer 2025 saw viral videos that propelled the brand into rapid growth – and the halo effect drove Amazon sales too as overall brand awareness climbed.
